2nd North American TCM Symposium – (October 2018)

Hosted by NYCTCM and United Alliance of New York State Licensed Acupuncturists (UANYSLA), the 2nd North American TCM Symposium was held in Flushing, New York on October 7. This symposium was organized by National Federation of Chinese TCM Organizations (NFCTCMO) and supported by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS). Around 200 acupuncturists and students participated in this symposium which aimed to understand the setting of healthcare system, concept of pain management and the important role of acupuncture in non-pharmacological pain management. Dr. Yemeng Chen chaired this Symposium. He and Dr. Bin Cai were also among the speakers.
